Life is all about moments. I’ve decided that life is too short to be let go by without capturing the important and special ones.

I am a jet setting student, adventurer, general lover of life. I love to cook, paint/sketch, travel and explore new things so this blog will include all the things I get up to in life and tips on travel after first hand experience!

I hope to share many moments through my eyes as I experience them and also hope that you enjoy!

  25. Hi Faye, thanks for reading so much of my blog. Hope you enjoyed the artwork. There will be more as I am always working on something. I always say that I am not a teacher, just a painter whom you can watch if you want to.

  31. Faye, just stopped by to thank you for your recent like on Shift Key and peruse your sweet site. Lovely. As I was reading your Donburi post, I remembered one of my favorite documentary profiles (on Netflix) – “Jiro Dreams of Sushi” about legendary chef Jiro Ono, 85-year-old master whose 10-seat, $300-a-plate restaurant should be on anyone’s wish list! Have you seen it? His restaurant?

    1. No worries and thank you for stopping by! Yes, I’ve heard great things about the documentary but haven’t seen it yet. His restaurant Sukiyabashi Jiro needs a month ahead reservation which I haven’t had a chance to visit but hopefully will one day! 🙂
